Aroma Steam Bath

The steam bath was already very popular and well-known in the Roman thermal baths and in the Ottoman Empire. Due to the higher temperatures, it triggers an artificial fever, similar to the sauna. The immune system is strengthened and it has a skin-cleansing effect. In the case of colds, the steam bath has a positive effect on the recovery process.

Temperature: 40–45° C , humidity: 100%.

HIMALAYA SALT SAUNA

In the salt crystal sauna, one wall is completely lined with illuminated Himalayan salt crystals. You breathe in the air energised by the crystals while taking a sauna.

Temperature: 65° C , humidity: 40%.

FINNISH SAUNA

Our largest and hottest sauna is the Finnish sauna. Changing special infusions make saunas a real experience.

Temperature: 90° C , Humidity: 10%

KELO HERBAL SAUNA

Sensual and relaxing, that is the motto of the Kelo Herbal Sauna. The wind-tanned Kelo wood is a real Finnish speciality. On special occasions, meditation and sound journeys are offered as gentle infusions.

Sauna etiquette at LIQUIDROM

Welcome to LIQUIDROM! So that all visitors can enjoy a relaxed and pleasant time with us, we ask you to observe the following rules. By entering the LIQUIDROM premises you accept these rules.

For all there

LIQUIDROM is a place for everyone aged 12 and over. We welcome diversity and want to offer everyone an uncomplicated and extraordinary stay.

Safety first

Due to the increased risk of accidents in swimming pools, we ask you to exercise particular caution. There is a particular risk of slipping on wet floors. We therefore recommend that you wear non-slip bathing shoes outside the pools. Bathrobes and towels are available for a rental fee, flip flops can be purchased at reception. Thorough cleaning and drying is required before entering the spa area.

Handy free zone

Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to turn off your cell phones and all photo-enabled devices and store them safely in your locker. We want you to be able to fully relax without any outside distractions.

Sound pool - relaxed atmosphere

In the sound pool, you are encouraged to wear swimwear and treat the atmosphere with respect. In all other pools, you can either move around without clothing or in swimwear. However, wearing underwear in the pools and jumping in are not permitted. Please shower before using the pools.

Sauna area - textile-free

Our saunas, the steam bath and the plunge pool are textile-free areas. Please refrain from wearing swimwear and bring a large towel to use as a base on the sauna benches (including feet). You do not need a towel in the steam bath. A fresh water hose is available for cleaning the seats. You are not allowed to use your own infusion agents - infusions are only carried out by the LIQUIDROM team.

Sun lounger reservation

So that all guests can enjoy the choice of free sun loungers, we ask you not to reserve any sun loungers. Please use our storage compartments and baskets for your belongings. Loungers can be vacated during longer absences or at the request of the LIQUIDROM team.

Quiet & consideration

The following applies throughout LIQUIDROM: Please avoid loud conversations and keep physical affection to a minimum. Every guest should behave in such a way that no one feels harassed. Remember, everyone here is here to relax and unwind.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area. Seating is available there.
