On weekends, vacations and during vacations we expect an increased number of visitors.

A reservation gives you the assurance of admission, especially if you are traveling long distances, and thus avoids long waits.

Ticket reservations are charged at €2.50 per person and paid directly by instant bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. A ticket reservation is a deposit for your desired free ticket/time slot . The remaining ticket price is to be paid on site during your visit. Your deposit will of course be credited. A redemption of vouchers is also possible.

Your reservation is only valid during the specified time slot and is non-transferable due to the current Corona Protection Ordinance. One ticket is valid for one person. For more than one person, please book the corresponding number of tickets.
A maximum of four personal tickets can be purchased per person.

The reservation is binding after successful payment and cannot be cancelled. However, up to one hour before your visit, you have the possibility to shift your reservation to a more convenient time for you by yourself via our ticket store.
