Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded outside of business premises and for distance contracts.
However, pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or time period for the provision of such services.
Massages and spa treatments booked through our website are reserved for a specific date and time. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for these bookings.
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer our guests the option to reschedule booked massage appointments and online reservations here in accordance with the applicable booking terms and conditions.
The currently applicable rescheduling deadlines and conditions are set forth in the booking process and in our Terms and Conditions.
By completing the booking, the customer confirms that they are aware that, due to the fixed appointment, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for the booked service.

When entering into a distance sales contract, consumers generally have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter, email, or the withdrawal form below).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from your contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of the gift certificate. The statutory provisions regarding the expiration of the right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
The right of withdrawal described above applies exclusively to the purchase of gift certificates. For massages, wellness treatments, or other services booked directly with a fixed appointment, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
